Observations
------------
Functional effectiveness::
There is a lack of checks when sending information (i.e. dashboards) directly to the end user. It would be nice to have it send an email to QA or approve before sending it to external stakeholders.
Accessibility and Usability::
Accessibility seems to be easy to use. However, there was a issue where the synthetic data generator was not turned off during the training so it was running for a few days. This would use a lot of processing power. It would be good to have a notification that it is still running.
Usefulness and acceptance::
Concerns about cyber security and concerts about authorization of users.
Motivation to use this with other water utilities.
Learning effectiveness::
Evidence that behavioral change occurred was evident in the questions asked and looking to increase the scope in the future.
Engagement and Enjoyment::
Participants in the room at PWN were engaged through the presentation.
