Functional effectiveness::
I only attend the first pilot day organize by Keypro. As a integrators the project provide vary methods of connecting and getting data. All of the interface are follow market standard and easy to use.

Accessibility and Usability::
As my personal understanding your tools sismilar to some ETL tools on market. The way of using is similar also, there are some unnecessary clicks but I think overall not too difficult to use.

Usefulness and acceptance::
I think this question is more for water company user.
