Functional effectiveness: Cuesta integrar dos fuentes de datos diferentes. Lentitud en algunos aspectos de la herramienta.

Accessibility and Usability: Es una herramienta intuitiva, de fácil manejo, aunque me falta trabajar en ella para evaluar completamente esta respuesta.

Usefulness and acceptance: Es una plataforma de gran utilidad. Es necesaria la gestión de datos para que la empresa pueda ser competitiva y transparente.
