CITIZEMP Project: TPM Post-Meeting Evaluation Form

Introduction
Dear CITIZEMP Partners,
In order to evaluate the project's progress and the recent TPM's outcomes, please respond to the following questions by 22 June 2026.
The aim of this evaluation form is to assess whether all agenda items were covered and whether all partners are satisfied with the outcomes of the CITIZEMP TPM under consideration, as well as the project's progress.
It is noted that the completion of the name and organisation is optional, however, we will seek for a confirmation that representatives of all partner organisations have responded to the questionnaire. In any case, only anonymous results will be shared in the partnership and in any reporting to funding agencies.
