Introduction
Dear CITIZEMP Partners,
In order to monitor our project's progress and to ensure everything is on track, please respond to the following questions by 13/05/2026.
The aim of this evaluation form is to assess whether all agenda items were covered and whether all partners are satisfied with the outcomes of the CITIZEMP meeting under consideration and the project's progress.
It is noted that the completion of the name and organization is optional, however, we will seek for a confirmation that representatives of all partner organizations have responded to the questionnaire. In any case, only anonymous results will be shared in the partnership and in any reporting to funding agencies.
